詩人、文學編輯和出版人。加州大學(爾灣校區，UC Irvine)國際寫作與翻譯中心理事會(International Center for Writing and Translation at the University of California, Irvine)理事，《傾向》文學人文雜誌(1993-2000年)和傾向出版社創辦人，中國獨立作家筆會創辦人。
