亞瑟‧丹托(Arthur C. Danto)

亞瑟‧丹托(Arthur C. Danto)，當代美國著名藝評家，最有影響力的藝術哲學家之一，現任哥倫比亞大學教授，並為《國家》(The Nation)期刊撰寫藝評。

著有《平凡的變形》(The Transfiguration of the Commonplace)、《意義的具現》(Embodied Meanings)、《布瑞洛箱之外》(Beyond the Brillo Box)、《遭遇與反思：歷史當下的藝術》(Encounters and Reflections: Art in the Historical Present)，曾獲美國「國家圖書評論家獎」評論類獎。
