強納森‧懷特(Jonathan B. Wight)

是李奇蒙大學(University of Richmond)羅賓斯商學院經濟學與國際研究副教授，曾榮獲傑出教學與傑出貢獻獎。

他出生於華府，年輕時曾旅居非洲及拉丁美洲。獲得杜克大學學士，范德堡大學(Vanderbilt University)經濟學博士——並且是丹佛斯(Danforth)研究會的會員。他的論文“A Little Adam Smith Is a Dangerous Thing” 獲得2001年派克斯頓傑出論文獎(Paxton Award for Outstanding Paper)，那是國際薪火俱樂部(International Association of Torch Clubs)所頒發的獎項。其他談論亞當‧斯密的文章包括“Will the Real Adam Smith Please Stand Up?
