Marie Szamborski

Marie Szamborski has an MA in Language Teaching
and Learning from the University of Auckland, New
Zealand and has taught English in New Zealand and
around Asia for over ten years. Apart from general
ESL/EFL textbooks and online language learning
materials, she writes extensively on travel and
tourism for the English language teaching market as
well as for travel publications both online and in print.
Her main research interest is in language learning and
social identity. She currently resides in Auckland, New
Zealand.

筆者長年於紐西蘭、越南以及日本等地區，教授以英語為第
二外語的學生。同時也是一位自由作家，主要撰寫旅遊、食
物和文化等議題之書籍。她對社會認同有著高度的興趣，認
為「食物」就是一種能夠達成社會認同的方式，當人們在討
論料理、享用美食之際，來自不同文化的人們就產生了交流
與連結。
