約翰‧麥克西‧贊恩(John Maxcy Zane, 1863-1937)

美國律師。生於美國伊利諾州，曾於猶他州法庭學習研究法律
十一年，之後在芝加哥從事法律行業，擔任律師，還曾在西北
法律大學和芝加哥大學任教。

贊恩的著作等身，主要的作品有：《主教論刑法》(Bishop on
Criminal Law, 1923)、《大哉羅馬》(The Grandeur That
Was Rome, 1927)、《銀行金融法》(The Law of Banks
and Banking, 1900)、《律師的責任》(The Responsibility
of Lawyer, 1914)、《憲法律師林肯》(Lincoln the
Constitutional Lawyer, 1932)。
