樂鋼

　　男，1993年獲得俄勒岡大學博士學位，現為北卡大學教堂山分校亞洲學系教授，曾任該系系主任。

　　著有The Mouth That Begs: Hunger, Cannibalism, and the Politics of Eating in Modern China, in the series of Post-Contemporary Intervensions（1999年，杜克大學出版社）。

Robin Visser 魏若冰

　　女，文學博士，現為北卡大學教堂山分校亞洲學系主任、該系與比較文學系合聘教授。

　　著有Cities Surround the Countryside: Urban Aesthetics in Postsocialist China （2010年，杜克大學出版社）。
