卡爾．伊格萊西亞斯(Karl Iglesias)
　　
他畢業於康奈爾大學（Cornell University），曾擔任多家公司的劇本分析師和主管。身為好萊塢知名編劇、劇本顧問專家，著有《編劇自我修養：好萊塢頂級作家的成功秘訣》（The 101 Habits of Highly Successful Screenwriters：Insider’s Secretsfrom Hollvwood’s Top Writers），以及本書《金主才不要好萊塢的冷飯》（Writing for emotional impact : advanced dramatic techniques to attract, engage, and fascinate the reader from beginning to end），皆在美國文壇極為暢銷。
　　
作為一位熱衷於故事的劇本顧問，他專門研究讀者的情感反應。伊格萊兩亞斯負責加州大學洛杉磯分校（University of California at Los Angeles）編劇寫作課程，更獲得2010年最佳教師獎。此外，在《創意編劇》（Creative Screenwriting）雜誌上長期寫有專欄。
