　　馬佳士（Joshua Eisenman）現為美國聖母大學（University of Notre Dame）基歐全球事務學院（Keough School of Global Affairs）副教授，也是美國對外政策理事會（American Foreign Policy Council）資深中國研究員。

史大偉（David H. Shinn）

　　史大偉（David H. Shinn）曾任職美國外交部達37年，為美國駐伯基納法索及埃塞俄比亞大使，現為美國喬治華盛頓大學（George Washington University）艾略特國際事務學院（Elliott School of International Affairs）兼職教授。
