凱特．布朗（Kate Brown）

　　馬里蘭大學巴爾的摩分校歷史系教授。著有《惡托邦記：核城市到鐵鏽帶，未忘之地的歷史》（Dispatches from Dystopia: Histories of Places Not Yet Forgotten）、《無名之地的歷史：從種族邊境到蘇聯腹地》（Biography of No Place: From Ethnic Borderland to Soviet Heartland）、《鈽托邦：失去選擇的幸福與核子競賽下的世界墳場》（Plutopia: Nuclear Families, Atomic Cities, and the Great Soviet and American Plutonium Disasters）等書，其中《鈽托邦》獲美國歷史學會（American Historical Association）亞伯特貝弗里奇獎（Albert J. Beveridge Award）等獎項。
