作者簡介

布魯斯‧瓊斯 (Bruce D. Jones)

　　布魯金斯學會（Brookings Institution）國際秩序和戰略計劃資深研究員和對外政策副主席，也是史丹佛大學弗里曼斯伯格里國際問題研究所顧問教授。他的研究專業和政策經驗是國際安全，尤其是中、美政策、國際秩序，以及大國關係等。

　　其著作，包括：《The Marshall Plan and the Shaping of American Strategy》和《Still Ours to Lead: America, Rising Powers, and the Tension between Rivalry and Restraint》等書。
