作者簡介

洪清源（Ang Cheng Guan）

　　倫敦大學博士（PhD. University of London）。專業領域為當代
亞洲的國際史，專注於東南亞。現為新加坡拉惹勒南國際研究學院
（RSIS）副院長與東南亞國際史教授，曾擔任新加坡南洋理工大學國
防和戰略研究所（IDSS）副所長及研究主管、新加坡國家教育學院
（National Institute of Education）人文與社會學教育研究主管。

　　主要著作有：《越南共產黨與中國的關係及第二次印度支那衝突，
1956-1962》（Vietnamese Communist Relations with China
and the Second Indo-China Conflict, 1956-1962，1997年）、
《越戰的另一面：越共的觀點》（The Vietnam War from the
Other Side: The Vietnamese Communists’ Perspective，
2002年）與其續作《結束越戰：越共的觀點》（Ending the
Vietnam War: The Vietnamese Communists’ Perspective，

（Southeast Asia’s Cold War: An Interpretive History，2018
年）、《東南亞條約組織》（The Southeast Asia Treaty
Organisation，2022年）、《李光耀戰略思想再評價》（Reassessing
Lee KuanYew’s Strategic Thought，2023年）、《新加坡大戰略》
（Singapore’s Grand Strategy，2023年）等。
