　　是模特兒，同時也是一名「皮拉提斯」老師。擁有瑜伽、皮拉提斯等相關證照，是許多知名女星私下最愛預約指定的美型教練。擅長雕塑最難瘦的部位，藉此調整每位學員的身形比例；並透過輕鬆的動作設計，降低運動門檻，讓學員們願意一起在運動這條路上堅持！
