　　政治大學圖書資訊與檔案學研究所助理教授、政治大圖書館校史與檔案組組長、中華圖書資訊學教育學會秘書長、逢甲大學國際科技與管理學院助理教授、國家實驗研究院科技政策研究與資訊中心副研究員、助理研究員。英國薩塞克斯大學科學政策研究中心、日本東京工業大學、韓國延世大學訪問學者。
