凱斯‧桑思坦

曾任教美國多所大學法學院，包括哥倫比亞與哈佛大學，目前為芝加哥大學法學教授。
參與許多國家制憲與修法過程，如波蘭、中國大陸、南非、烏克蘭與俄羅斯共和國。

著作頗豐，包括 The Partial Constitution（1993）、Democracy and the Problem of Free Speech（1993）、Legal Reasoning and Political Conflict（1996）、Free Markets and Social Justice（1997）、Administrative Law and Regulatory Policy（1998）等。
