Kevin Zraly

世界知名的葡萄酒專家，獲選為美國飲食協會（Food & Beverage Association）的1991年風雲人物(Man of the Year)，又獲得Jame Beard Award的1993年酒類傑出專家獎(Wine & Spirits Professional of the Year)。多年來，並且負責訓練美國餐廳的葡萄酒服務員。在他所創設並教導的世界之窗餐廳葡萄酒進修班，自1976年以來，已有八千名結業生。

Kevin Zraly也不時在The New York Times, People, Newsweek, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, GQ等報章雜誌上撰寫品酒文章。
